These terms apply to services delivered by ExpansionVideos, part of Villadose LLC. We keep them short and plain so it is easy to work with us.
Quotes and orders
We provide a free quote based on your brief. An order becomes binding once you approve the quote and scope in writing, for example by email or through our order form.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is on our pricing page. Payment terms appear on the invoice. For larger projects we may invoice in stages.
Delivery and revisions
We agree delivery time at order. The number of revision rounds is stated in the quote. We work until you are happy within the agreed scope. Significant additions beyond the agreed scope may affect price and timeline.
Satisfaction guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after the agreed revision rounds, we will find a solution, which may include a refund as agreed.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the right to use the finished video transfers to you as agreed. We reserve the right to show finished work in our own portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
